1kV及以下對1~5芯(xin)線纜的選擇條(tiao)件
一、單芯電纜(lan)
線路較(jiao)長,工作電(dian)流較(jiao)大的(de)回路或(huo)水下敷設時,為避免(mian)或(huo)減少中(zhong)間接(jie)頭,或(huo)單(dan)芯電(dian)纜(lan)比多芯電(dian)纜(lan)有較(jiao)好的(de)綜合技(ji)術經濟時,可選用單(dan)芯電(dian)纜(lan)。低壓直(zhi)流供(gong)電回(hui)路,當需要時可采用單芯電纜。
二(er)、2芯電(dian)纜(lan)
1kV及以下電(dian)源(yuan)中性點直(zhi)接接地時,單相回路的電(dian)纜芯數(shu),當保護線和中性線合(he)用(yong)同一導體時,應采用(yong)2芯電(dian)纜。直流供電回路,宜采(cai)用2芯電(dian)纜。
三、3芯(xin)電纜(lan)
1kV及(ji)其以(yi)下電(dian)(dian)源中性(xing)點直接接地時,單相回路的電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)芯數為(wei):當(dang)保(bao)護線和中性(xing)線各自(zi)獨立(li)時,宜采用(yong)3芯電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)。
四、4芯(xin)電纜
1kV及以下的(de)4芯電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(3+1電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)),其中的(de)第4芯除作為保護接(jie)地(di)外,還要(yao)輸送電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)在(zai)不平衡(heng)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)及短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)。它的(de)大小(xiao)由(you)不平衡(heng)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)及短路電(dian)(dian)流(liu)來(lai)確定,但一(yi)般不得小(xiao)于相線的(de)1/2。
1kV及(ji)其以下三相(xiang)四線(xian)制(zhi)低壓配電(dian)系統,當(dang)保護線(xian)和(he)中(zhong)性線(xian)合用(yong)同一導體(ti)時,應采用(yong)4芯電(dian)纜,而不得采用(yong)3芯電(dian)纜加單芯電(dian)纜組合成一回路(lu)的方式(shi),甚至直接利(li)用(yong)3芯電(dian)纜的金屬護套(tao)或(huo)鎧裝層(ceng)等(deng)作中(zhong)性線(xian)的方式(shi)。否(fou)則,當(dang)3相(xiang)電(dian)流(liu)不平衡時,相(xiang)當(dang)于單芯電(dian)纜的運(yun)行狀態,容易引(yin)起工頻干擾。
五、5芯電纜
1kV及其以下的(de)三相四線(xian)(xian)制(zhi)低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)系統,有(you)些(xie)安全性要(yao)求較高的(de)電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)裝置配(pei)電(dian)線(xian)(xian)路,以及有(you)些(xie)既要(yao)保(bao)證電(dian)氣(qi)(qi)安全,又要(yao)抗干(gan)擾接(jie)地的(de)通信中(zhong)心和自(zi)動(dong)化設備,宜采用5芯(xin)線(xian)(xian)的(de)TN-C低(di)壓(ya)配(pei)電(dian)系統,使保(bao)護線(xian)(xian)(PE線(xian)(xian))和中(zhong)性線(xian)(xian)(PN線(xian)(xian))各自(zi)獨立,纜(lan)芯(xin)截(jie)面積一般為3大2小(xiao)(xiao)或4大1小(xiao)(xiao)或5大。

中(zhong)高壓電(dian)纜芯數的選擇
對于3~35kV三相供電回(hui)(hui)路(lu)電纜(lan)(lan)芯(xin)數的(de)選擇。當工作(zuo)電流較大的(de)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)或電纜(lan)(lan)敷設于水下時(shi),每回(hui)(hui)路(lu)可(ke)選用3根(gen)單(dan)芯(xin)電纜(lan)(lan);除上述情(qing)況外,應選用3芯(xin)電纜(lan)(lan),3芯(xin)電纜(lan)(lan)可(ke)選用普(pu)通統包型(xing),也(ye)可(ke)選用3根(gen)單(dan)芯(xin)電纜(lan)(lan)絞合構造型(xing)。
對110kV三相供電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)(hui)路(lu),除敷設(she)于湖(hu)、海(hai)水下等(deng)場所且電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)截(jie)面不大時(shi)可(ke)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)3芯(xin)(xin)外(wai),每(mei)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)可(ke)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)3根(gen)單(dan)芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)對110kV以(yi)上三相供電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)(hui)路(lu),每(mei)回(hui)(hui)路(lu)應選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)3根(gen)單(dan)芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。 電(dian)(dian)(dian)氣化鐵路(lu)等(deng)高壓交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)單(dan)相供電(dian)(dian)(dian)回(hui)(hui)路(lu),應選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)2芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)或每(mei)回(hui)(hui)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)2根(gen)單(dan)芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。 高壓直流(liu)(liu)輸電(dian)(dian)(dian)系(xi)統,宜選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)單(dan)芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan);在(zai)湖(hu)、海(hai)等(deng)水下敷設(she)時(shi),也可(ke)選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)同(tong)軸型2芯(xin)(xin)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)。
