變頻電纜和普通電力電纜的區別

變頻電纜(lan)的結構包(bao)括三根(gen)主線(xian)(xian)(xian)絕緣線(xian)(xian)(xian)、三根(gen)零(ling)線(xian)(xian)(xian)絕緣線(xian)(xian)(xian),在主線(xian)(xian)(xian)絕緣線(xian)(xian)(xian)和(he)零(ling)線(xian)(xian)(xian)絕緣線(xian)(xian)(xian)外(wai)依次設置內繞包(bao)層(ceng)(ceng)、銅帶(dai)層(ceng)(ceng)、外(wai)繞包(bao)層(ceng)(ceng)和(he)外(wai)護(hu)套層(ceng)(ceng),形成3+3線(xian)(xian)(xian)芯結構,使(shi)電纜(lan)具(ju)有較強的耐電壓(ya)沖(chong)(chong)擊性(xing),能經受高(gao)速頻繁變頻時的脈沖(chong)(chong)電壓(ya),對(dui)變頻電器(qi)起(qi)到(dao)良好的保護(hu)作用。
變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜主要用于變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)源和變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)機之間連(lian)接用的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜,以及額定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓1KV及以下的(de)輸配(pei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)線路(lu)中,作輸送(song)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能用。尤其適用于造紙、冶金(jin)、金(jin)屬加工、礦山(shan)、鐵路(lu)和食品加工等行(xing)業。
變頻電纜和普通電力電纜的區別
1. 用(yong)途:變頻(pin)電纜(lan)是電源和變頻(pin)電機之間的連接線也是傳(chuan)輸(shu)電能的導線,電力電纜(lan)更是傳(chuan)出電能的,從(cong)這方面兩種電纜(lan)是相同(tong)的。
2. 干擾性(xing):變(bian)頻(pin)器專用(yong)電(dian)(dian)纜具有(you)良(liang)好的抗干擾性(xing),使得變(bian)頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)機傳輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)能時(shi)能夠穩定傳輸(shu)而(er)不會受到干擾同(tong)時(shi)也不會干擾到其(qi)它設備(bei)的運行,而(er)普通電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜就沒(mei)有(you)這些(xie)(xie)性(xing)能,這些(xie)(xie)是取決于電(dian)(dian)纜的內部結構,
3. 電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya):變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)使(shi)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)一般為(wei):0.6/1KV,6/10KV,8.7/16KV電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)和變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)大體相同。電(dian)(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)有超(chao)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya),變頻電(dian)(dian)(dian)纜一般使(shi)用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)是中壓(ya)(ya)和低壓(ya)(ya)。
4. 結構:變(bian)頻電纜的(de)芯線結構是(shi)平行(xing)排(pai)列(lie),絕緣(yuan)采用高強度(du)擠(ji)出(chu)式并且每根單獨芯線上(shang)采用不同要(yao)求(qiu)的(de)屏蔽(bi)層,在芯線排(pai)列(lie)好后還(huan)要(yao)根據要(yao)求(qiu)和使用環境來加上(shang)又(you)一層的(de)屏蔽(bi),最后是(shi)電纜的(de)護套,電力(li)電纜的(de)結構就是(shi)采用普通擠(ji)壓擠(ji)出(chu)芯線,單芯不帶屏蔽(bi)。
5. 型號:變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)型號可分為(wei)很多:BP-YJVP BP-YJLV BP-YJVP1-2 BP-YJGP2 BP-YJVP3 BP-YJLVP1-2 BP-YJGRP 等等,電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)是(shi)(shi)通用型號。也是(shi)(shi)由于(yu)國內(nei)現在沒有關于(yu)變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)有關標準(zhun),所以(yi)大部分是(shi)(shi)根據電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的(de)(de)標準(zhun)來(lai)生產的(de)(de),還(huan)有就是(shi)(shi)結合國外標準(zhun),來(lai)達到變頻(pin)電(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)正常使用。
變頻電纜工藝要求
在變頻電機專用電纜生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程(cheng)中,絕緣(yuan)線芯擠(ji)包(bao)工(gong)序(xu)、成纜工(gong)序(xu)等是最關鍵的工(gong)序(xu)。

成(cheng)纜(lan)工序(xu)變(bian)(bian)頻電纜(lan)要求(qiu)結構(gou)對(dui)稱,成(cheng)纜(lan)時(shi)必須保證絕緣線芯張(zhang)力均勻,使成(cheng)纜(lan)后的(de)(de)線芯長度盡量保持一致(zhi),否則會引起結構(gou)變(bian)(bian)化,導致(zhi)電容和電感的(de)(de)不均勻性,影響電纜(lan)的(de)(de)電氣性能(neng)。
